These terms apply to everyone participating in the TFG Sportchallenge, The Finance Generation's annual sports competition between accounting and audit firms, and to the use of this application.
1. Participation
Participation is open to employees of the participating firms, as registered with The Finance Generation. By participating, you agree to these terms and to the game rules described on the game rules page.
2. Scoring and disputes
Points are calculated automatically based on submitted activities and the pre-defined rules. In case of doubt about the accuracy of an activity, The Finance Generation may spot-check it against the uploaded proof photo. The Finance Generation reserves the right to remove activities from the scoring that do not match the uploaded proof, or that were otherwise submitted inaccurately. In case of a dispute about the results, The Finance Generation's decision is final.
3. Uploaded photos
Photos you upload as proof of an activity are visible to other participants within the application (for example, in the activity feed). By uploading a photo, you grant The Finance Generation permission to display it to other participants within the application for the duration of the competition. Do not upload photos in which other people are recognizably visible without their consent.
4. Liability and participation at your own risk
Participation in sports activities as part of the TFG Sportchallenge is entirely voluntary and at the participant's own risk. The Finance Generation is not liable for injuries or other damages arising during or as a result of sports activities undertaken by participants as part of this competition. Participants are advised to undertake sports activities appropriate to their own physical condition.
5. Availability of the application
The Finance Generation makes reasonable efforts to keep the application available and functioning during the competition period, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.
6. Changes
The Finance Generation may amend these terms and the game rules, for example between editions of the competition. Material changes made during an ongoing competition will be communicated to participants.
